13, controversial eh? Well I am sure part of the choice to use a 13 on her hand is just for the ‘cool’ factor. Kids are gonna go “woah, that’s normally unlucky, how crazy it’s lucky for her” or something like that! However before you go judging there is a reason according to Swift.

She was born on 13th December and she says that her first hit had a 13 second intro. She also claims that she is always seated on the 13 row or 13th seat at award ceremonies of course that could just be something her people demand and don’t tell her about!

I don’t want to go on about it too much but Swift’s use of a charm is fairly commonplace and this one isn’t too crazy I suppose!
Personally I don’t believe there is anything real in luck but I guess for anyone it’s at very least a comfort to rely on a bit of mysticism even if you don’t really believe it! My lucky charm is just trying to be organised but I don’t have a multi million dollar career like Swift so maybe I need a real one!
