Celebrities and Stars accused of murder - It’s an odd thoyght that your favorite actor or sportsperson could be accused or even found guilty of a heinous crime like a murder. However it’s actually not something hard to find in the twisted celebrity world!

Oscar Pistorius, the Olympic and Paralympic athlete has just been charged with the murder of his girlfriend, something that has absolutely shaken the sports world and of course is incredibly sad news.

So who else has been accused?

TV & film actor Robert Blake

The former child actor, who later starred in the iconic TV series Baretta, was charged in the 2002 murder of his wife, Bonnie Lee Bakley. Bonnie Lee Bakley had a reputation for exploiting older men.

Ex-pro football player Robert Rozier

Robert Rozier played for the St. Louis Cardinals, but after leaving the NFL he became a militant with The Brotherhood and faced multiple counts of murder in 1986. Robert Rozier was found guilty of seven murders. He was then put into the witness protection program for cooperation with the police. After passing a bad check and other things he hit the three strikes law and now has a life in prison.

French singer Claudine Longet

Parisian Claudine Longet had a successful singing career (her big hit was Wanderlust) before venturing into the Hollywood scene. After her separation from singer Andy Williams, Longet began an affair with Olympic skier Vladimir “Spider” Sabich. Their stormy relationship ended in 1976 when she was charged with his fatal shooting. Claudine Longet was acquitted and faced a felony manslaughter. She settled out of court with Spider Sabich’s family. Now Claudine Longet and Ron Austin are married.
