Caroline Giuliani daughter of Rudy Giuliani – Petit Larceny
What she allegedly did: In 2010, Caroline was arrested at New York City cosmetics store Sephora E. 86th Street . A security camera caught her shoplifting more than $100 worth of items.
Her punishment: She was charged with petit larceny (what’s that?), but the charges were dismissed, should she complete a day of community service and stay out of trouble for six months.
Al Gore III son of Al Gore – Speeding and drugs
What he allegedly did: In 2007, Al the Third was stopped by police for speeding 105 mph. After smelling marijuana, the officers searched the vehicle and found a portable pharmacy full of drugs, including Vicodin, Valium, Xanax and Adderall .
His punishment: Al pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and prescription drugs, and was sentenced to 90 days of drug treatment.
Jesse Jackson Jr. son of Jesse Jackson – misuse of funds
What he allegedly did: Jesse resigned from Congress in November (Jesse Jackson jr. held second congressional district of illinois ) to focus on treatment for a bipolar II amid a federal investigation into allegations of misuse campaign funds investigation. 22 candidates have filed to replace him on Capitol Hill.
His punishment: The former lawmaker, who went missing for a few months, is negotiating plea deal that may include jail time.
William Hilton Paul son of Rand Paul, Grandson of Ron Paul – Drunkenness
What he allegedly did: Nineteen-year-old William reportedly was arrested over the weekend on a charge of underage alcohol consumption after a flight from Kentucky to North Carolina (in Charlotte north carolina). US Airways denied serving alcohol to William Paul in the alleged crime. Rand Paul gave a brief statement about his son’s arrest.
His punishment: William, who is the grandson of a Rob Paul, also faces other charges for disorderly conduct being intoxicated disruptive.
