I have recently been running lot and the other day I passed a young woman pushing an instep jogging stroller.
I don’t have any children but if I did then the idea that I could go on my long runs and still look after the kids would be a huge relief. The Instep Jogging Stroller looked awesome, cool, stylish and is hugely practical.
Morning guys….. I just wanted to put a quick note here to say that I have not suddenly stopped Musically Motivated Mondays… I have just migrated it over to my current no1 project, Real Blogging Tips.
So if you need your fix, go visit this weeks Musically Motivated Monday:
Things have been changing around here for me recently and you may have noticed a lack of posting.
Well…. one reason is that I have been preparing a new residence for my blogging related to blogging, design and making money online.
The Random Forest is not going to die…. but it is likely to take on a much more Random Nature and in some ways become my idea pad rather than a fully functional blog.
So I am kindly asking subscribers that are here for blogging tips and related things to move their subscriptions over to the new blog.
March is very almost over…. And fingers crossed it looks like I am heading for my first $500 Adsense month.
Also just letting you know I have taken over at Real Blogging Tips, formally Big Ben Patton’s place so am trying to decide the fate of my dear Random Forest…. Let me know your thoughts
And also Let me know how you are…
I needed something sharp and snappy today to whip me into shape for another crazy week.
The White Stripes: Fell In Love With A Girl
Fell In Love WIth A Girl Lyrics:
Fell in love with a girl
fell in love once and almost completely
she’s in love with the world
but sometimes these feelings
can be so misleading
she turns and says “are you alright?”
I said “I must be fine cause my heart’s still beating”
She says “come and kiss me by the riverside, bobby says it’s fine he don’t consider it cheating”
Red hair with a curl
mellow roll for the flavor
and the eyes for peeping
can’t keep away from the girl
these two sides of my brain
need to have a meeting
can’t think of anything to do
my left brain knows that
all love is fleeting
she’s just looking for something new
and I said it once before
but it bears repeating
What an awesome song…. feeling much better now

I need some inspiration this week so picked up an inspiring song from my teens. I loved Echobelly and miss them very much….
This week will be tough, I have a lot of errands, as well as client deadlines and personal projects.
Let me know how you are…
Echobelly: Great Things
Great Things Lyrics:
I wanna do great things,
I don’t wanna compromise,
I wanna know what life is,
I wanna know everything,
I wanna do great things,
I don’t wanna compromise,
I wanna know what love is,
Is it something I do to myself.
All is fair in love and war,
Or so they say and so the saying goes,
But I’ve seen more broken hearts,
Than you can count the bullets in a war,
Oh what do I know,
There’s gotta be so much I don’t know.
I wanna do great things,
I don’t wanna compromise,
I wanna know what life is,
I wanna try everything,
I wanna do great things,
I don’t wanna compromise,
I wanna know what love is,
Is it something I do to myself,
Something I do to myself.
What is life apart from memories or
Dreams and friendships we have known
And it smells childhood tales
Contemplating clothes that you have worn
Oh what do I know
There’s gotta be so much I don’t know
I wanna do great things,
I don’t wanna compromise,
I wanna know what life is,
Is it something I do to myself,
Something I do to myself.
Never wanted many things,
Except the chance to learn,
From my mistakes
Funny how you never learn,
But know them when they,
Come around again,
Oh what do I know,
There’s gotta be so much I don’t know.
I wanna do great things,
I don’t wanna compromise,
I wanna know what life is,
I wanna try everything,
I wanna do great things,
I don’t wanna compromise,
I wanna know what love is,
Is it something I do to myself,
Something I do to myself,
Something you do to yourself.

Client work is picking up again… maybe that means good signs for the economy. We can all but hope!
Monday, again? Crazy how fast the weeks go. I have just over a month left living in Montreal so getting a bit sad about leaving.
Feeling a little ho hum today and needed a nice start. And as I am going to miss Montreal I thought I would to pick a local artist, and an awesome one. Jean Leloup did a lot of his music in French but this is one of his famous English language song. It really is beautiful.
Let me know how you are…
Jean Leloup: I Lost My Baby
I Lost My Baby Lyrics:
I lost my baby, I lost my darling, I lost my friends, I lost my mind
Pour une fille d’Ottawa, grandie a Sainte-Foy
D’pere militaire, et d’une belle fille qui fut sa mere
Qui ecoutait du country, entre deux caisses de bieres
Et partait le samedi, pur un lac d’Hawkesbury
Rejoindre la grand-mere and all the family
Ah, je ne peux vivre sans toi
Et je ne peux vivre avec toi
Mais tu peux tres bien vivre sans moi
Je suis foutu dans les deux cas
I lost my baby, I lost my darling, I lost my firends, I lost my mind
I lost my baby, I lost my darling, I lost my friends, I lost my mind
Pour une fille d’Ottawa, grandi a Sainte-Foy
Et qui un jour tomba pour un chanteur populaire
Grandi en Algerie, assez fucke merci
Et qui lui dit adieu, je repars fair ma vie a Hawkesbury
I lost my baby, I lost my darling, I lost my friends, I lost my mind

Big News for Me….. Yesterday I booked my flights and I am definitely moving to Cairo, Egypt in August!!! I’ll write a full post very soon.
Last week was good but there is no let off in work…. busy times ahead, especially with the move and going back to the UK for a month to see friends and family.
Adsense is on target for this month. Currently I am sitting pretty at about $180 so far so on track to break my $350 target.
So… another Monday… and I have more big news this week but going to keep it under wraps until I am ready.
This week I picked a great song by the awesome Foo Fighters. The song is called New Way Home and makes me think that very soon… I will have a New Way Home and a New Home.
The slow start and energetic end is just the motivation I need today.
Let me know how you are:
Foo Fighters: New Way Home
New Way Home Lyrics:
Have you found your way around the down and out?
I know it must seem long, so long
I’m still trying to keep this time from running out
Head down, always moving on and on and on
I never heard this warning, another early morning
Takes me, wakes me into
If you could manage me, I’ll try to manage you
But lately it’s all I ever do
I felt like this on my way home,
I’m not scared
I pass the boats and the Kingdome,
I’m not scared
I’ll never tell you the secrets I’m holding
I know these things must bore you
But I can’t find another way
I’ll never tell you the secrets I’m holding
I love this leash that holds me
When I try to run away
[quiet, gets louder and faster]
I’m not scared,
I felt like this on my way home
I’m not scared,
I pass the boats and the Kingdome
(repeats)
I’m not scared…

I had a very productive February but didn’t earn huge amounts of cash. However I am very optimistic that March will be a great month and I am a little worried about actually getting all the work done that I have ahead of me….
One great thing about February was that it was my best adsense month ever. I had a target of $200 but ended up making more that $350. I was astounded and finally feel like I am getting somewhere when it comes to automated earnings.
My new target for March is $350, so let’s hope I can do that.
Ahhhhhh Monday, I need to get cracking in the right way this month so decided to start off this chilly morning with a great heart pounding motivational song from one of my best bands of all time, Supergrass.
Supergrass were lumped in with the Britpop scene in the mid 90’s but I have always felt they were much more than another pop band. Through successive albums and exploration of sound they have proven themselves and always stayed on the alternative side of things…. Enjoy the song.
Supergrass: Richard III
Richard III Lyrics:
Got it today, what a day, thanks a million!
Spent too much time wondering why I got a feeling,
I know you wanna try to get away,
But its the hardest thing, you’ll ever know!
Waited in line, a terrible time, over to near you,
Fading away, nothing to say, you’re all that Im hearing,
I know you wanna try to get away,
But its the hardest thing, you’ll ever know!
Try to get you, try to get you!
Try to get you, try to get you,
Try to get you, try to get you!
I know you wanna try to get away,
But its the hardest thing, you’ll ever know!
I know you wanna try to get away,
But its the hardest thing, you’ll ever know!
A very simple song that for me is much more about the pumping bass and cool guitar. It certainly got me in a good motivated mood today.

How, oh how is it Monday again?….. Well I guess I just have to face up to the fact that it is….
Another big week for me ahead. I had a great productive week last week and am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve this week.
What did you do?
This morning I woke up with the song “Use Somebody” by Kings of Leon stuck in my head…. It just had to be my featured song today.
Kings of Leon have gone from one style of music that bugged me to another… but strangely I have always has a soft spot for them.
The have shed the scratchy guitars, cleaned up and gone a little stadium rock for this new album and very weirdly I love it.
The piecing voice and hopeful lyrics are perfect motivation for a cold snowy Monday morning.
Kings of Leon: Use Somebody
Use Somebody Lyrics
I’ve been roaming around always lookin down at all I see.
Painted faces fill the places I can’t reach.
You know that I could use somebody
You know that I could use somebody
Someone like you
And all you know and how you speak
Countless lovers undercover of the street
You know that I could use somebody
You know that I could use somebody
Someone like you
Off in the night while you live it up I’m off to sleep
Waging wars to shake the poet and the beat
I hope it’s gonna make you notice
I hope it’s gonna make you notice
Someone like me
Someone like me
Someone like me
Somebody
(Go and let it out)
Someone like you
Somebody
Someone like you
Somebody
Someone like you
Somebody
I’ve been roaming around always lookin down at all I see…….
We could all use somebody …. Especially to help us succeed online.
