Musically Motivated Monday – Pagoda: Fetus

Monday again and so much to do this week….. As always here on The Random Forest a new week begins with a  new song.

This week I have big plans, another site flip, another niche site and a whole bunch of client projects to get near completion.

Today I went straight to YouTube and loaded up this song by Pagoda.

Pagoda are a relatively new band fronted by Michael Pitt. Michael Pitt played Kurt Cobain (well the character wasn’t called Kurt but we all knew who he was supposed to be!) in a film named Last Day’s about the death of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.

I had mixed feelings about the film but did like Pitt’s performance and was keen to check out his band.

Not very nice lyrics but I like the grunge sound and hope one day it will make a decent full comeback (and I don’t mean Nickelback type rubbish!!)
