Man loses eyeball on witness stand

When John Huttick took the stand in Philadelphia this week, he was meant to testify against the men responsible for him losing his eye in a bar fight.

He told the jury of all the difficulties he’s encountered since losing his eye: he lost his job, his home, his relationship. And as he went down the list, Huttick began to openly weep. Which is when his prosthetic eyeball popped out.

Yes, his $3000 eyeball popped out and almost fell to the ground– but luckily Huttick was quick enough to catch it. The jury was amazed. Huttick claims later that he was surprised at what happened. The 48-year old is suing his assailant as well as the bar where the fight occurred.

A mistrial was called upon the loss of Huttick’s eyeball on the stand.

What ? A mistrail, sounds like someone paid off someone. That is the justice system. Those with large deep pockets seem to usually walk away from a trail without any kind punishment. Some Judges need to be investigated and seek psych treatment.
