Lance Armstrong Buys Former TX Lieutenant Governor’s Home – The disgraced cycling star seems to be keeping his mind off everything by buying and selling real estate at an alarming rate! Of course that may be a little exaggeration but his new place looks pretty sweet! Of course to many it may seem unfair that he has the money for this kind of things considering his earnings may be considered as ‘ill gotten’!
Armstrong has sold his lake house Austin home after only 6 weeks of ownership and within 5 days of the closure purchased a new home!
The lake house was purchased for $4.34 million after he sold his central Austin estate and he has now sold it to race car driver Bret Curtis and wife Yecenia. The amount of the sale has not been disclosed but you would assume he made some profit!
Five days after that closure he picked up a new property.
The new home was purchased from Ben Barnes, a former lieutenant governor of Texas and speaker of the Texas House of Representatives. It was built in 1924 on around half an acre and is a 7,646-sq-ft, single-family home.
Who knows how long he will stay here but maybe it’s time we shifted focus off him and let him drift into the background. What do you think?
