June 2012 electrical recalls – A dodgy electrical item can be extremely dangerous if it’s to do with the electrical part. Moving parts can also cause issues as well as bad construction. Lets see what has been creating havoc this month.
June 2012 electrical recalls
Black & Decker Spacemaker recall – Around 150,000 under cabinet Spacemaker coffee machines are being recalled due to reports of dozens of injuries. The coffee pot handle can break.
EDIC air movers recalled – Around 53,000 EDIC air movers are being recalled due to an electrical capacitor causing a fire hazard.
Bel Air lighting recall – Sold at Lowe’s Home Improvement 100,000 are being recalled due to an electrical short circuit and many reported injuries.

Thomas Lighting recall f0r ceiling mounted light fixtures – The socket wire insulation can degrade, this recall affects 83.750 units.
