I know it seems like I hardly update this poor little neglected site these days…. but it’s because I am a busy man learning all sorts of new thing and finding my place in this online world.

I have been through all sorts of ideas and ways to earn from Paid Posting to Affiliate Marketing and much much more…. My direction is starting to solidify now and I am managing to make sense and integrate everything I have learned into one.

That means….. big updates are ahead for this blog soon.

Anyone who has been following me for a while will know that I switched a lot of my business over to Graphic Design. This is my trade and luckily for me I am getting some nice jobs (See Gaj-It.com, Bloggin-Ads.com, LifeandLawns.com, Zath.co.uk and BigBenPatton.com).

You may have heard me talk about the possibility of getting into buying and selling websites.. AKA Site Flipping. This has interested me for a long while, especially as I have trouble sticking to one project for a long time.

So I joined the Blog Flipping Blueprint and it has been a great experience so far.

I thought about flipping a site for a long, long time and never really pushed myself to do it. After following a few lessons though I jumped in despite a slow market! My first failed and my second sold after being liste twice…… But It made me officially a site flipper. This is a great feeling :) .

I now have 3 sales under my belt and am planning some bigger projects for the coming weeks…. I can’t wait.

So expect to hear much more about it in the near future.

…Please let me know what you have been up to?

    Good goin’ Forest.

I’m interested in finding out more about flipping.
Would you be willing to tell us what the sites are that you sold? I want to get an idea of what might be popular.

    Thanks.

    Hey Joe,

Thanks very much…. I certainly will keep you posted.

Zath, thanks a million…. I enjoy doing your jobs very much.

Rich… I wasn’t going to but I guess there is no harm…. So far I have sold LoveMaking100.com, ShedDebt.net and DebtReliefHowTo.com…. They are all quick flips and I would say average sale price amongst the 3 is $100.

I am now going to move onto more complex sites that have traffic and earnings before sale…. Anything else you wish to know just either send me an email forest.parks@gmail.com or leave another comment.

Hey Missy, thanks a million and ten….. I try hard but i hate writing… my last auction page was mostly wsiped from one of Bryan’s files….

I love the forum… simple as that :) It’s the first forum I have really found myself getting into.
