What he did say was that he would waive the £5 sign up fee (or credit that back to me). He was a nice guy on the phone - i also asked a few other questions - if you notice the signup fee is either $5 or £5 - if you are from the uK don't click the $5 option unless you have a dollar account (which i doubt most uk people will have) as you won't save money in the long run as the charges for conversion will bite you bum!
