As part of my online money making efforts in 2009 I plan to build a mini empire of Micro Nice Sites. The idea behind this is to build up a ton of sites that target longtail keyphrases to easily rank highly in Google and the other search engines. These sites are all monetized using various methods so that over time a residual income can be established and the best performing sites can be moved onto the next level.
I know there is plenty of space for us all to do this so I have created a step by step video showing and detailing everything that I do to quickly create a Micro Niche Website. In this case the video shows you how I created a website based around Flashlights using keywords such as Mag Light Flashlight and Underwater Flashlight.

Probably the most important tool… Micro Niche finder allows you to quickly identify and further research long tail key phrases. I use it to find keyphrases that have high search volume and low competition in Google…. I would recommend this to everyone serious about keyword research and internet marketing. An awesomely simple WordPress plugin that allows you to quickly create keyword based ebay auctions in your blog posts. All you need is a campaign ID from your Ebay Partner Network account.
Nameboy allows you to enter some keywords and then it returns a list of available domains based around them.

I have only just started using it but I love it’s simplicity. One quick question… does the plugin output the listings as html? If so would that theoretically mean that posts are always updated with new html content for the search engines?
yeah it’s straight html it outputs so I reckon google thinks it’s “fresh”

Getting good links seems to be the trick. Have you posted any articles to build back links for these sites? If so did you create completely different articles or re-write the ones on the site?
I also have Mark’s Niche Themes, you and seem to hang out in similar circles. The above site I did the static pages on my own and actually used a theme from Garry. But I have a different site where I used Mark’s stuff.

I’m actually having a little trouble getting this example one indexed but need to concentrate on getting some linkbacks (have been busy with client work). However with this method and many sites, I hope to make a great passive income…. How does Jumbo CD Rates do?
Mark is an awesome guy…. me and Garry sadly fell out recently as he kind of stabbed me in the back and accused me of something with no evidence…. then never attempted to apologise!!!… That does not mean he does not give useful advice, just I won’t be visiting or trusting him on a personal level anymore.
It is doing pretty good. I’ve written some articles and used some Social sites for backlinks. It has been averaging $1 to $2 a day. Working on getting it to the magic $5 number before moving to other projects.

Thanks for stopping by. I do actually use BMD but find it can take a while for the backlinks to get indexed… However it is great for any longer projects.
