I turned a ripe old age of 27 yesterday!!! So now am reeling from the the effects of drinking too much Guinness!
I did however also go to an Ethiopian restaurant and one thing I love about Ethiopian food is the Injera, which is like a wholemeal crepe / bread of sorts…… And I ate loads of it! Bread is definitely my favorite food.
One thing I do miss since being in Canada is the bread that my mum ALWAYS buys back in England. When I first had the bread, made by Warburtons I thought it was from a local Liverpool bakery but soon discovered it was nationwide and started buying it for myself back at home in London. It always tastes great and stays pretty fresh for a while….. I’m missing it right now…. just thinking about a nice slice of wholemeal Warburtons with a little butter and a thick layer of Jam. Yum!!
Warburtons have given me another reason to love them now
. They have a new online mini series poking fun at the age old tale of the Office Romance. Take a look at this trailer and check out the website for the full episodes: Seeds of Love
Ever fancied the bespectacled, cute but meek girl on reception ?! Some office romances and flings might end up complicated but sometimes it can be worth it – and don’t the quiet shy ones always turn out to be the raunchiest ?!

See, I just learned something. I never knew what Warburtons was.
I really like the Aussie band, “Midnight Oil” and in one of their songs from the “Blue Sky Mine” album, they mention Warburtons being given to miners who are poor and hungry (Midnight Oil is a political band)
All these years I’ve been thinking Warburtons was some sort of slang term for the unions or something.
