I’ve just added it to one of my blogs. Haven’t seen any ad’s embedded yet – and I added the Wordpress plugin.
Hopefully it’ll happen auto soon.

As far as I am aware you can mix other advertising streams with Adsense, no problems.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong!
