Welcome to the first of my Forest in the Kitchen series.
This one nearly didn’t happen as have been messing around with it all day and nearly running out of time but phew I just made it.
I thought I would use this opportunity to get into the world of video blogging.
Using my trusty Macbook’s iSight and iMovie, I played around and created a video for this very simple recipe.
I made it a little bit more dramatic than necessary and it’s not perfect but hey… I had fun.
Ingredients: Healthy bread (I like pumpernickel or black Russian), Dijon Mustard, your favorite cheese and baby spinach.
Method: Well… it’s a sandwich.

the sandwich was always the food of the gods, until it fell down through a hole in the clouds (like in SuperMarioBrosIII) and was claimed by the English as an artistic endeavour.

This sandwich looks awesome! I love spinach. And any spicy mustard works for me. Like pants, I have to comment that the bird sounds in the background were cool.
