Bing has listed it’s top searches for 2012 and keeping up nearly with the Kardashians is the man of the moment, well maybe not quite a man yet! The boy of the moment, Justin Bieber.

Bieber has been in the news recently a lot related to his turbulent relationship with Selena Gomez, tie that in with all the other searches from his leagues of Bieber information hungry fans and it’s kept the Canadian megastar in 2nd slot behind the Kim Kardashian in the Bing top search rankings.
Of course being number 2 is probably hard work for the wonder kid but at least he can say he is the Top searched musician!
Forbes say he is the third most powerful celebrity in the world, last year he was Bings most searched and this year being so high it shows the power of this 18 year old! All this so young his life could keep going up and up or something could go seriously wrong and maybe in 10 years he’ll be in somewhat obscurity!
In 2008 Bieber was discovered by talent manager Scooter Braun who found his videos on Youtube. His first EP, My World, was released by Island Records and his fame was cemented from then on with 7 songs getting into the billboard charts, the first ever time that many songs from a debut disc had ever charted!

This year he also won top honours at the Teen Choice Awards, held on July 22, 2012. It seems his chart, airwave, TV and search dominance will continue for at least a little while longer!
Bing sifted through millions or searches to compile it’s top searches for 2012.
I’m always so surprised by how much people actually search for individual celebrities on the search engines. However when I sit down and think about the things I have searched over the last year I am surely responsible for some celebrity (often directors and actors) search and have certainly contributed to this list in some small way!
