Baby Survives Tornado Raleigh – A Raleigh tornado rips through a trailer park and a baby survives the twister after being ripped from the arms of a caregiver. The mother is calling it nothing short of a miracle.
3 month old Ayden was being attended to by his cousin in a trailer park when a dangerous tornado ripped through the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The dangerous twister happened on April 18th, 2011. Miraculously, Ayden, the cousin and the mother was unharmed.

The trio was fine after the tornado, but the trailer and trailer park was dismantled and ripped to shreds. This is what makes the story so remarkable. The amount of damage the twister caused is mind blowing and a baby flying through the air survives the tragedy.
The mother was sleep in another trailer at the time of the tornado. The cousin was near the baby, but once the twister’s winds were in full effect he ran to secure the baby.

The high winds ripped the back of the trailer walls off to expose the cousin and 3 month old baby to the high speed winds. The cousin gripped the baby tightly and tried to cover him so no debris would hit the baby. However, the winds were so strong they ripped the baby from his arms. He thought Ayden was gone forever.

After the twister had cleared out, the cousin admitted all he could think about was baby Ayden and if he would be alright. He couldn’t believe the force of the winds were so strong it would rip the baby from his arms and he would never see the baby again, but then something happen.
The noise died down with the passing twister and the cousin heard baby Ayden start to cry. He couldn’t believe his ears at that moment, but sat up and moved towards the cries.
Baby Ayden survives the tornado and everyone was very happy. Obviously, the cousin survived as well as the mother, so they were all very fortunate to have made it out alive.
The interviewer asked the cousin what is he going to do about his living arrangements, he is currently staying with family, and he said next time he is going to to move into a home, not a trailer. We don’t blame him, but everyone is happy the Baby Survives Tornado in Raleigh.
