$560,000 for 2 parking spots - Considering the average cost of a family home is around $313,000 in Boston it may be worth bull dozing your home and turning it into parking spaces!
A woman just paid $560,000 for two spaces in the city and that’s not even the record!!!!
Lisa Blumenthal won the spaces in an online auction of the spits in the Back Bay area. The auction was held by the Internal Revenue Service and had been seized from a man who owed back taxes!
Lisa owns a multi-million dollar home and although she didn’t expect to pay so much doesn’t sound like it was too much of a problem for her. She said they would be handy for guests and workers!
