Salmon Topped With Mushrooms And Cheese

This very simple recipe is very very nice. In fact it’s so nice that after making it for the head chef at work she now wants it on the menu.
It’s an adaptation of a Polish recipe.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
4 portions of salmon (you can use other fish if you prefer)
8 heaped spoons of white mushrooms
